Should I choose stainless steel or ceramic?

Choose stainless steel if price and water capacity matter most: it costs less and has the larger reservoir. Choose ceramic if you want a premium finish that blends into your interior. The ceramic option comes as a bundle with filters, a splash mat and a toy.

How often do I clean it and change the filter?

Check the water daily and clean the bowl and pump regularly, following the supplied care instructions. Replace filters at the interval specified for your model, or sooner if needed. Both steel and ceramic need cleaning.

Will my cat actually use it?

Every cat is different. Keep their usual bowl available and give them time to explore the fountain. Check our 30-day returns policy before ordering for the conditions that apply.
